tank that has a seamless composite inner liner along
with a fiberglass-wound epoxy resin-sealed outer shell
which can not rust.
GlassLined Tanks by
PermaTank- A steel tank that is lined with glass to
prevent the solution from coming in contact with the
steel shell of the tank. A glasslined tank is
the most effective way to protect a steel tank from
the damaging effects of corrosion and/or electrolysis.
Retention tanks are
necessary when contact time is required for a
disinfectant, such as Chlorine to destroy microorganisms.
The size of the
retention tank will be based upon the amount of contact
time required for the chemical action to be successful,
with regards to system flow rate.
